Sushi Burrito is quite an odd name and their logo doesn’t give much away either. But it’s a unique take on a fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisines. You wouldn’t usually associate the two together, but Sushi Burrito has done so in interesting ways. We would probably call it Pseudo Fusion.
