If you want to have a good meal and stay healthy, then Brisk is a great option for a quick and healthy bite. We love the name because it embodies what the ambiance and food represent.

The Food:

Salad 1: Mixed Greens, Carrots, Zucchini, Chicken, Sesame, Edamame, Soya honey dressing

This is M’s favourite salad, as she is a regular and gets this often. The dressing is Asian inspired, nutty and just a little sweet. It’s a great mix of fresh ingredients and a dressing that coats in well but isn’t overpowering.

Salad 2: Mixed Greens, Chickpeas, Radish, Avocado, Shrimp, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Brisk Special Sauce.

A spur of the moment creation by T which was quite tasty and very filling. The two salads above were quite different and were both really enjoyable. The portions are huge and very filling, it will keep you going for a while. We really enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and being able to choose our own elements. Overall a great healthy option to get if you are in the area.

We also got to try out some other delicious items that even M hadn’t tried before:

Avocado on toast: A nice, easy dish of well seasoned avocado and is a simple but tasty breakfast option.

Mushroom Tartine: Delicious and cheesy, although could do with more seasoning. This is a tasty little option for breakfast if you’re not in favour of avocado. Also, who doesn’t love some melted cheese on toast?

Moroccan Chicken: A little bland for us, we still prefer the Make Your Own Salads.

They also have soups and sandwiches on their menu which are decent alternative lunch options.

The Drinks:

Mixed Cocktail: T chose this drink and unfortunately it was not pleasant. While there are fresh drinks are available at Brisk, they are supplied by another company.

The Venue:

If you are looking for a fresh and healthy experience then Brisk is perfect. You will definitely feel like you’re having a healthier meal thanks to the vibrant graphics, the right amount of natural light and minimal design. A simple and inviting restaurant overall. To top it off, the staff at Brisk are also pleasant and helpful.

In a make your own concept, it can take time for people to decide what they want to have. But the staff were both patient and helpful during the entire process. The outcome of which is a delicious salad of your choosing.

How to get there:

Brisk is located in Dubai Internet City, in Business Central Towers, Tower B. It’s close to the DIC Metro station, the building near the Du Building. You can get to Brisk easily using any mode of transport.

By Car: You can usually find plenty of parking near brisk. The tower itself has some parking, while it’s free on the weekends, we are not sure if its free during weekdays. Alternatively, you can park in the RTA parking lot opposite the tower.

By Cab: If the driver doesn’t know Business Central Towers, then you can always ask him to head toward DIC metro station (seaside). If you are facing the building with the Du logo, Business Central Towers is the building on the right of it.

By Public Transport: You can get to Brisk by taking the Metro on the Red Line. Get off at Dubai Internet City and head towards the seaside. Once you take the elevator down, walk straight till you get to a roundabout. Then turn left and keep heading straight until you see Costa on your left. Get into the closest entrance there.
